Heading Options

Pencil-pleat Heading

A cost effective, no fuss Curtain heading suitable for tracks and poles, so curtains with this heading are the most versatile. This heading will work in any room style, and particularly well in traditional settings with a more traditional fabric design.

Maximum size : (W) 560cm x (D) 376cm

Eyelet Heading

Contemporary in look, Eyelet Curtains are one of the easier heading types to dress. The Eyelets help contain the pleat for a tidy finish. Suitable for poles only. Eyelet curtains take up very little room each side of the window, and this allows the maximum amount of light through your window.

Triple-pleat Heading

A stylish and traditional heading type, suitable for tracks and poles. To create the perfect finish. The hook position can be moved up or down for the perfect finish. This curtain will arrive ready to hang at your window.

Lining

The main reason curtains are lined is to prevent the curtains from sunlight which may cause fading.

Our Premium Satin Ivory lining will add a touch of luxury to your curtains.

Our heavier Blackout Ivory lining eliminates light entering through the face fabric, and acts as an insulated layer which helps to stop the sun heating your room. On sunny days you can draw the curtains to help with temperature control.

Exact width

Do not use this if your blind is inside a recess. You can give this size if you want your blind to cover the window opening (Outside the recess). We suggest you add 10cm at the top and at least 5cm either side to ensure adequate coverage.

If measuring an existing blind, measure across the width of the blind only and ignore any brackets.

Recess size

Take the measurement inside the recess. Do not deduct anything from this size, we will do that to make sure your blind fits perfectly.

We suggest you take 3 measurements and use the smallest one. This will allow for any unevenness and ensure your blind fits.

Exact width

Do not use this if your blind is inside a recess. You can give this size if you want the fabric of the blind to cover the window opening (Outside the recess). We suggest you add 10cm at the top and at least 5cm either side to ensure adequate coverage.

If measuring an existing blind, measure across the width of the fabric only and ignore any brackets.

The size of the finished blind will be around 35mm (3.5cm) wider than the width of the fabric.

Recess size

Take the measurement inside the recess. Do not deduct anything from this size, we will do that to make sure your blind fits perfectly.

We suggest you take 3 measurements and use the smallest one. This will allow for any unevenness and ensure your blind fits.

Exact width

If measuring an existing blind, measure across the width of the blind, ideally at the top.

Recess size

Measure drop in 3 places.

Take the measurement inside the recess. Do not deduct anything from this size, we will do that to make sure your blind fits perfectly.

We suggest you take 3 measurements and use the smallest one. This will allow for any unevenness and ensure your blind fits.

Fixing Height

Measure the distance from the floor to the height at which the product will be installed.

In order to comply with the British safety standard EN13120, or UK equivilant, child safety devices must be installed alongside your product.

In addition the control must be a certain height from the floor. This measurement is required in order to calculate the control length for the product.

Standard Roll

The fabric comes of the back of the blind, close to the glass. This is the best way to maximise insulation and light control.

It is considered the standard option in the industry.

Reverse Roll

The fabric comes forward off the blind, away from the glass. Ideal for clearing obstructions such as handles or winders. It also hides the roller itself and creats a valnce effect. Not recomended for outside recess fitting as there is an increased gap down the sides.

Left control

The control mechanism is on the left of the product as you face it.

Right control

The control mechanism is on the right of the product as you face it.

Premium Satin - Ivory

Our Premium Satin lining helps to protect your curtains or blind from light, and filters the light entering your room slightly, allowing curtains to flow naturally. Ideal for living rooms and dining areas where light control is not critical.
