MyFitter always ships using industry-standard service partners depending on your geographical location and products ordered.

Delivery times shown are purely for guidance and MyFitter cannot be held liable or accountable for changes to the given timescale. As made to measure products cannot be made in advance, they have tight production timelines. Issues such as adverse weather and quality control issues can cause delays.

You should not book a fitter to install your products until they have been received by you and you have checked that there are no defects, and all parts are present and complete. We also advise not to take specific time off work to wait for a delivery.

Couriers will try to deliver your order up to 3 times before returning it to MyFitter or their local depot. If this occurs we will notify you of what has happened and rearrange delivery.

If you need to change your delivery address please inform MyFitter urgently and this must be before dispatch to avoid any delay with the shipping. While we may be able to amend delivery addresses after you have placed your order this is not guaranteed. Should any product be already in transit we will attempt to redirect, but this is not always possible, please expect delays.

All packages are insured during transport. If there is any damage to the packaging upon delivery please note this when you sign for the order. Upon receipt of a damaged package, photograph the box and take note of whether this has damaged the order inside. Please then contact us using the Returns Process along with your order number. We will speak to the courier company.

Multiple items may be delivered by different couriers on different days. This is because MyFitter is offering a full range of window furnishings which include standard and made to measure products. In order to keep delivery timescales to a minimum when a product is not manufactured by MyFitter, we have the item delivered directly from the source.

MyFitter will replace or repair damaged orders at our discretion upon receiving photo evidence. We may ask for the product to be returned before replacing the damaged product.
